Not a big fan of it at all; for too many reasons to list in here; same for the "explanar" unit...Please have a look at my "golf pro lesson proper spine tilt angle" and it will explain why; also see "golf pro lesson head steady" and "golf pro lesson eye ball"; Thanks for the question!
Great video, I have the heavy club and work on the perpetual motion but still swing across my body at times. What do you think about the Super Swing Trainer (its the PVC swing plane tool)?

The 9 pound one is plenty! You just want to use it to feel the pause from backswing to downswing with a short swing; I would not do full swings with this club; just do a perpetual motion drill waist high with very little wrist hinge and feel how your body gets into a full turn to get out of the way in both directions...Like in my perpetual motion drill video but with a long chip swing like in the "ball bearings and sockets video"; Shawn

strength trainer ?, should i go with the nine pound or the heavy one? Or maybe i should just get both and once i get past the nine, i would then use it to warm up and then go onto the 11.5. is this a bad idea?
